Brandon Harrington

Senior Pastor

Brandon Harrington answered God’s call to ministry in 2008 and soon joined LifeBridge Baptist Church in Houston, TX, where he was ordained and began serving in youth and worship ministry. He later became Lead Pastor, serving nine years in that role. With over 16 years of pastoral experience, he carries a heart for preaching, multi-generational discipleship, and strengthening the local church. Brandon accepted the role of Pastor of Central Baptist Church after a unanimous vote on Sunday, January 4, 2026. His heart is to see people strengthened in their faith and equipped to live out the love of Christ. His passion for building lives, all for Jesus, is the driving force behind his ministry and service to others.

Julia “Julie” Harrington is deeply family-focused and passionate about being a mother. Alongside her family, she has a heart for ministry and leadership, with a special passion for helping others step into their God-given calling and gifts. She brings 18 years of ministry experience, including Administration, leadership in Children’s Ministry, volunteering in Youth Ministry, directing Women’s Ministry, contributing in Worship Ministry, and leading a youth camp in East Texas for seven summers—pouring into the next generation with passion, joy, and a shepherd’s heart.

When Brandon arrived at LifeBridge, Julia was already faithfully serving alongside church planter Charlie Ellison, helping
establish ministries and systems for a healthy church plant. Together, Brandon and Julia served side-by-side—a partnership that continues to define their ministry today. They love serving together and believe ministry is strongest when lived as a family. Whether in ministry, in God’s creation, or enjoying everyday moments at home, they approach each season with gratitude, unity, and a shared desire to honor Jesus.

Brandon and Julia are blessed with three children and one daughter in love:

    Jacob (23) and his wife, Krysta, who will be welcoming the Harringtons’ first grandbaby in June.
    Ainsley (11), creative and bold, with a big heart and a beautifully bold spirit.
    Kate (7), gentle, sweet, and full of joy
